Our Christmas Delivery Cut Offs and Christmas Opening Hours
Over the festive season, our delivery times and customer service hours will change. Please make note of the following changes
Friday 20 December 2024 - Last day to order with standard delivery for delivery before Christmas 2024*
11am Saturday 21 December 2024 - Last day to order with Next Working Day Delivery for delivery before Christmas 2024*
Tuesday 24 December 2024 – last order despatch day for orders placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am on this day or later during the holiday will not be shipped until Thursday 2 January 2025.
Thursday 24th December midday - Monday 2 January 2025
During the dates above, our warehouse will be closed and our customer service team will be on their Christmas holiday. We will still be accepting orders, but no orders will be shipped until Thursday 2 January 2025. Similarly, customer services will not be available via telephone or webchat; any emails sent during this period will be answered when we re-open on Thursday 2 January 2025.
During the Christmas break, customers will still be able to select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout. Any customer who chooses this option will receive their order on Friday 3rd January 2025*
Customers who choose standard delivery will receive their order, 3-5 working days from 2nd January 2025 *
